What is the shipping policy?
Most Plan B orders placed by 3:00 PM EST are processed the same day.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on Friday are delivered next Monday since UPS
doesn't pickup nor deliver packages on weekends and holidays. Order delivery
depends on the shipping method being selected at the time of checkout.
Any irregularities in an order (wrong zip code, wrong address, wrong quantities,
etc) or any communication between patient and doctor (Interactions with existing
prescriptions, current health conditions, etc) may extend the time necessary to
process the order. The shipping duration is calculated from the time the order
is picked up by the carrier and not from the time the order is placed. Please
contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.
